Lenders will advertise for sure.. but you contact them.. they never e mail your or PM you on BP anything like that..

Peter that is not correct.Ryan, your rental income is reported on Sche E. 

You can't do anything until their lease expires.

My lease doesn’t expire till Dec, but since there have been problems before, the office isn’t fighting it, it’s already rented by the way.2 weeks ago......  2 adults with 4 kids moved in next door.

But every time I call or e-mail brokers and tenant reps, I'm mostly ignored.
