Rather than hiring a guru, I believe the better way to go is to partner with an expert in the area that you want to learn.

I am eager to learn and would love to meet investors and experts in my local area.

I may be stating the obvious but besides a mold inspector you will need to get a plumber and/or foundation expert to come in to evaluate why there is mold.
