I began using the Tellus app to pay rent and things like that as a tenant and I have a few friends who use it to manage their rental properties.

@Mary K.I started using this app while driving for dollars called drive by REI soon to be profit drive .. click on the house saves it for you gives basic info like absentee owner, beds ,bath ,sq ft, last sold date.. and you can collect 100 or 1000 and they will mail them for you.

I have been listening to the podcast for a while and decided to come on and join the app.

Can anyone recommend a (preferably iPhone) App that would allow me to input and track expenses and income for my vacation rental business?

I am searching for an app to track business expenses.

We're connected to the MLS, and check real estate apps obsessively.  

@Thomas SmithI’m having the same problem except I screen over the phone then present the app after they’ve seen the house.

I can't remember how much overlap there is (if any) for real estate investing.There are some great apps for smartphones that track mileage as well.
