Did they play hardball in trying to get you to answer the form?

I'm optimistic that it will be a nice ten year play, but I am not counting on it, since the cash flow should be enough to justify the investment.  

Completely gutted the property, opened the concept, added a full masterbath and everything brand new/ up to date on the interior with modern design.

I'm not an attorney and I definitely don't know about the laws in CA, but I can tell you how my situation played out. 

If I plan to replace the sheetrock and insulation, which I can do, we are basically talking about building a brand new house. 

With a few artist areas which usually translate to 20s/30s playing more for an area then normal.

I don't know how that will play out though, giving that we don't own the property when I supposedly hung the notice.

@Scott Shope I'd be curious to see how this plays out...have you considered starting a blog or diary on this? 

I try to get a 30 year fixed so that I can use a few exit strategies incase my other projects come into play first.
