I’m from north of Boston so I was thinking about investing southern NH.

A quick background about me, I am currently traveling for my job on per diem and will be returning to the Boston area at the end of this year.

In Mass, Boston is usually full months rent paid by the incoming tenant so landlord isn't paying a fee at all.

*Cough*Cough* Boston (Still not an excuse, but hey let me spread my wings elsewhere)I currently look in areas I have family in since they already know the areas and try to find prices way lower than Boston with good locations.Let me know what you experienced or experiencing with out of state investing.Thank you,Felix

It looks like I will likely be re locating to the Boston area and Zillow seems to have plenty of options showing north of Boston/South of NH.

I was reading about The additional Dwelling Unit Pilot Program where you can add an accessory unit.   Do you know anyone that has taken advantage of the program?  When does the program expire?
