Also, if an association can gather enough owners to vote for it, they can change rules even after you buy (changing from allowing renters to owner-occupant only) and hit you with special assessments, so associations are scary.

Many commercial brokers aren't even Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors, which is an option for a licensee.Saying expired listings means that broker no longer has an agreement to sell.

Trust me when I say I understand the value and appeal of the wholesaler but I can't wrap my head around it completely.Wholesaling seems like a TON of work and a lot of heartache.
