I wouldn't consider it hoarding but the amount of clothing this husband and wife had blows my mind. 

your talking about a 625 renter that's RISK just is.. they only have to make 1800 a month to qualify.. take off 625 for rent 200 for utls  50 for phone  50 for tv and that leaves them 800 a month to pay for transportation food and clothing.. how stable long term do you think that renter is..  

I found out that there was a messy situation between tenants on the third floor (two young women, on is a mother of a two years old.

I have a situation with two tenants (two single women) in an up/down duplex who are currently feuding.

She says she can smell it in her clothing. 

Neither can be climbed out of without the aid of tools, and this is no different.I'm looking (HARD) for an example where doing nothing and willingly losing $1000/month before you even get out of bed, house, feed, or clothe yourself is the "best course of action".

FYI , many times women won't have as good of a credit rating as their husband just because the husband has his name on everything! 

Her rentals are in kind of rougher areas and she rents to a lot if single women...section 8.

I think people like this are just made of a different cloth than the rest of us.

Before you rent it the next time, be specific:The rental includes a clothes washer and dryer for Tenant use.
