Part of the intrigue of the fund is the sell their re-performing notes to fund investors (if they wish) and many invest in the fund with the intent of buying such notes.

I wish I had enough sense to have started that early. 

Do you take out a second mortgage on an Airbnb that you never wish to sell that’s almost paid off  or do you take out 100 grand against your primary residence.  

if the wholesalers actually follow the law and make those disclosures and the sellers are not completely devoid of real estate knowledge those who wish to wholesale are going to spend a bunch of money only to lose the deals in the 11th hour. 

However, the only reference to Homeland Security I’ve seen is a post of a seeming “wish list” of investigative agencies by the OP in the Norada thread, who, if you read his posts, is obviously less than a reliable source of information and consumed by rage.
