Whilst I run to get my real estate license for the MLS I wanted to get somewhat of a feel for the market, what better way to do that then ask someone who's already invested.

I don't know what's wrong with the unit - parts, old age - but get it fixed or get a new one.

I have realized that in the digital age we live in today - it is important to create 'instagrammable' moments in your short term rentals - to cater towards the clientele you are seeking to book your rentals. 

While I know that leaving no review is a possibility, they left us a review very quickly and my guess is it's a 5-star review since I went out of our way to not just answer her questions regarding recommendations for sight-seeing (and provide the links she requested) but to bring in more options (including a playset and keva planks) for the younger group of kids (since I realized most of our games were structured to a slightly older age range).

The middle-aged adult with 4-5 properties, I would recommend they start to prune their investments. 

And I of course am looking to attract quality tenants and get the experience of land lording where I can eventually walk away from my w2 before typical retirement age (I’m 31).

QUESTION #14: WHAT AGE OF PROPERTIES DO YOU INVEST IN?

A lot of expert level investors end up going that way at some point (retirement age, bored of flipping, tired of managing rentals, etc.). 

My oldest daughter, at age 18, moved to Berkeley with her best friend, age 20.
