That is enough albeit only a cheaper property and, while I don't know Florida that well, I doubt there are many in that price range. 

I intend to add a closet to the den and make it a 3 bedroom adding value as well as remodel the entire unit.

I feel like i would open it up but stage it well with furniture to show the split
