You may have to look at a lot of deals to find a good one...We've walked away from far more than we've purchased because the sellers maywant to hold firm on their asking prices (even when DD identifies majorrepairs).

They shopped at Ross/Marshalls even when they were multimillionaires ,and you would never know how wealthy they were if you saw them walking by.

Get a title search, or see if the county does one and if you can get a copy; it may be considered attorney work product and non-public, but you can always ask.Also, see if you have any local investor groups and if so, if anyone has experience and can walk you through some of it.
