The key occupancy requirement for FHA loans is at the time of the original purchase—usually requiring you to live in the home for at least a year.If you've met the initial FHA loan requirement of living in the property for 12 months (which you would have by November 2024), you're typically free to move out and house-hack again, even if you choose the FHA streamline option If your goal is to acquire another property in Q1 2025, refinancing via FHA streamline shouldn’t prevent that.

My advice is to get other quotes and possibly pull the loan from that bank before it costs you too much money.Feel free to reach out via message or email I would be happy to help and take a look at your LE and go over why they reduced LTV and if you can get back to 75% or 80%.

I do but I dont think I can share his name on the open forum .. well as long as your all cash should be no issue.. its when you need a loan or selling to third party that wont buy without title insurance.. keep in mind there is a lot of land that is traded via quit claims all over America ..
