They put a gas transmission line thru one of my properties and the gas people were telling me that just in PA there is a 100 year supply of natural gas.

Last week the transmission blew, and the repairs are estimated at 4k on a $3500 truck.

I'd also encourage you to maybe just have a few key questions you want to ask but it should definitely be a fluid and natural conversation with them.
