The markets I have invested in are drivable tourism driven markets (think beach and mountain towns), and while of course we got hit hard with Covid cancellations, these types of markets are so dependent on tourism that they have been some of the first to get things opening back up (I’m in one TN market and the FL panhandle), and bookings are steadily rolling back in.

I feel your pain...once had a tenant that turned the house into a dog rescue facility... what a mess..  

Another thought was seeing about making the house into a ALF facility but the 2 stories and only 3 bathrooms seem like a hindrance to me.  

My wife’s extended family just moved to Huntsville because her uncle is opening up an Aerojet Rocketdyne facility, which opened me up to the possibility of investing in the area.

People come from all over to tour the bourbon facilities, the concerts, river events. 

Most of our properties are commercial (medical offices) and I've been having some trouble finding options for a replacement.I've looked into some facilities management companies but it seems like a bit of overkill.

Property is ideally located for tourism, walking distance to historic sites, a large park, several museums, public transit, and walkable to the downtown business district.Thanks!
