I haven't had any issues with my tenants either.

I don't think the pm is the issue as others have already harped on this.

Need some more statements from them but liquidity shouldn’t be an issue either.

You search for existing guides, select the best and provide the link or the document to your clients.

I do not have concrete proof that all 30 investors in the group were scammed, but the private group’s name is “JBS—BS” and the link was only sent to supposed victims of the situation which is why I believe it to be true.By my count, there are 19 people (including me) in the group who have been actively messaging about negligence, mishandling of funds, fraud, and residual damages they are experiencing from Jeff.

If the drywall cracks in the next year or two, or the doors start to stick, then you likely have a larger settlement issue going on, and will likely need to call a foundation repair contractor. 

And also that rates are just going to continue to be an issue, so it's likely something to plan for in rent rates and/or overall investment costs. 

A way around the whole issue is something we occasionally consider.
