@Bryan Swift, why not pay off the HELOC with the close to 5% interest rate?

Trying to assist in constructing a basic and swift exit strategy if one exist.

The Russian banks were cut off from Swift, which allows international wire transfers.

Let it grow into $50k or $100k and then find a truly magnificent means of making it work.

Just magnificent. 

I love that road the homes along there are magnificent mansions.. its one of the bright points of my trips to indy and kokomo is checking out those houses.. and thinking in our area they would be 5 million plus. and or just not replaceable at any price.there was a 60 minutes piece on one city in NJ maybe Trenton or some were that was really off the charts on crime.. and none of these place's have anything on some of the very worst in CA...

That being said, sometimes what people need is a swift kick in the *** to take some action and get out of the analysis paralysis stage that plagues most new investors. 

If they're good, they'll handle it swiftly and do most if not all of the heavy lifting for you.

They've had the keys for 9 days, the property is basically brand new move in ready, but they don't even have it listed yet.So who do you recommend I work with to manage my property assuming PRS doesn't make a swift recovery?
