.: I wanted to get involved in land investing and made a post about it during the summer and have continued to look at it until now.I was questioning if I should trust a land guru in my area so I asked about it and got some feedback.So then I have searched for land investing education programs and a name was at the top on google and I saw he had a lot of information out there.I did research on him and watched a lot of his videos and it all sounded good but I heard him talk about how he now owns over 1000 doors in multi family, so I started thinking about it.

NAme did not ring a bell so googled them, appears they also do bitcoin and other alt ivnstments.If you invest in a partial I would make sure:1.

i keep seeing:1. buy out of state rental in a solid neighborhood with long-term potential (just as you are recommending) but then...2. have one rough tenant turn that costs a couple grand, and3. give up on real estate investing, and turn on everyone involved in the transaction for not guaranteeing that sweet cash flow in month 1 lol, yea there is a decent chunk of investors who get really butthurt by that one bad unit turn and just give up.

I think he is a great guy and isn't his first rodeo with investor funds.We can do some legal checks if you want that type of search, lawsuits, prior names, etc.

There are a number of Cleveland neighborhoods that would fit your criteria including North Collinwood, sections of Clark-Fulton, and Lee-Harvard just to name a few.
