When you transfer money between two parties such as between a merchant like Walmart and a customer like yourself,  there are about 8-12 private ledgers that must be credited and debited as the funds move through the current financial system which was developed decades ago.  

You will get hassled at customs if you  are travelling frequently, as they deem this as doing business and may require you to get one.

Most everything will work at that point, but there will always be additional customization that you’ll need to do.

So, I'm not sure why you would feel the need to streamline this at all.
