Like Chase mentioned we are growing in popularity for sports and will even open the first stadium dedicated to professional women's sports.

We are in the heart of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, minutes from Dallas and Fort Worth, the DFW Airport, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park.

The closer you can get to the stadium and Westgate, the more attractive it will be on resale.

There is also about 2,800 luxury condos going in right near the new WooSox stadium.

Given the proximity to the baseball and football stadiums we are reasonably confident that we should be able to generate 2500-3000 per month in revenue per ADU and if that doesn't work out we should be able to make them long term rentals as well. 

Even IF they did build a new Baseball stadium East of Downtown, that would be seasonal and not something to count on ten years from now.

Everything else being equal (size of the property, amenities of the property, neighborhood, etc) I would say the big differentiator would be proximity to State Farm stadium in Peoria.

I think being able to rent out a place near the stadium during that part of the year could provide a huge boost in income.
