Hi Brad, I'm from the Hospitable.com team (a top-rated short-term rental property management software) and we had a great webinar on taxes a couple of months ago - I recommend checking it out here.

Overall I have the impression that many software/tools--provide very interesting amount of actual deeds, history, lien info, county recorded documents, or other direct data.Here is an incomplete list of some services I'm looking into, to see if I find one (or 2) that are a good fit!

Whichever PMS (property management software) that you use make sure it integrates with your lock.

Any insights appreciated.Thanks, As far as I'm aware there are still a number of rental management softwares that still do background checks such as Zillow Rental Manager (I use it), Apartments.com, TransUnion SmartMove, and others.

Property Radar is our favorite software by far (no affiliation other than I love it).

We hooked up county records , software listings etc to get the true sqft of the home.

I am not sure if what we use is specific to our software suite but we use HappyStays app (same parent co of Streamline VRS). 

I am fed up using Propstream. I started with Batch leads. Both does not have more than 50% correct data in my opinion. What else are you using. I reviewed Property Radar recently too, have yet to try.

I have been having issues recently with my PM software  TenantCloud not carrying my listing description over to all the marketing websites.
