I think density will slowly improve with changes to zoning allowing more multi family development in the urban core.

I can certainly see the value in that model, especially in urban areas like NYC (I got a LOT of value out of a day-use suitcase-storage place I used once!).  

If the historical society does not want it neither should anyone else.

Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.

That’s what I love, the money will always be there in any job, but will that person be happy at there job and most likely their there to like most of society’s norms and that to get a paycheck...that’s not me so much me.

And many of these firms are hiring talent of all ages, but in the area of robotics, sciences and other technology fields, a lot of young urban professionals are coming from CMU and need places to live close to these businesses.
