Sadly the property no longer exists; it was on Riverbend Drive sitting on the Swannanoa River, and like all nine houses sitting on the river, it was swept away and floated down the river.

As noted above they're only in 18 feet which is not going to get you to the main unless your house sits right on the street or similar.

If you list it on the MLS and it's sitting for more than 30-60 days - you're probably asking too much and it hurts the marketability of the property until it will go for what someone is willing to pay for it.

@Ryan Tongue While there’s lots of opportunities in real estate/commercial real estate I’d sit down and brainstorm with a list of the pros and cons of immediately jumping into the real estate industry as opposed to pursuing a job with your engineering degree.
