I also think I am dealing with August in general.... and as a northerner miscalculated the start of school in my head.

I plan on getting licenced during some downtime from school just to have it under my belt.

Go to school, go to trade school, go to a library, get a 2nd, 3rd job, there is simply NO excuses.     

I bought won a GND program but since the home was not in the school district it was declined.  

He could get roommates (I'm assuming he's single and going to school).
