I would start with finding an agent that has successfully assisted clients with quads & duplexes because they will be able to lay out a roadmap that will set you up for success. 

I was hoping to see a roadmap on how to go from $100k invested on the 1st STR and the strategy on acquiring a 2nd STR and so forth.

First off, I'd start by absorbing all the information and knowledge that you can on BP and through podcasts/books.Second, Define your goals and create a roadmap on how you will get there.

Look for a clear vision and a well-thought-out roadmap that demonstrates the team's expertise and understanding of the market.Many multifamily investments offer value-add opportunities, where the GP team plans to make improvements to the property to increase its value and generate higher returns.

I'm just now starting to create my "road map" if you will.

I have a pre-approval for $300K with my current bank via an FHA loan, I’ve been very vocal with my lender about wanting to do what’s best for my future endeavors with REI, and am looking for almost a roadmap to be painted for me to ensure I am making all of the right moves to maximize my earning potential.
