@Keith CuddebackShould be able to see the recorded mortgage in public records and then do a little math/guessing to figure out aprx where they’re at.Otherwise, your buyer agent could call listing agent and ask.More than likely, it’s just going to come down to the price a seller is willing to sell for…and any educated seller wouldn’t sell for less than market value in this market.

Have to know when to say no to someone. my Dad who taught me how to sell real estate and work with the buying public always told me Son your an independent contractor you choose who you work with not the other way around and the most important word is NEXT.
