if your limited on funds you may want to start with door knocking … or your own door hangers that you print one off then take to kinko's or some other cheap printer.. walk the neighborhoods and put them out yourself.. if you have kids have them do it with you..

-Use yellow printer paper-Setup the page background with light blue lines to imitate  a yellow notepad (optional)-Use mail merge with your excel file of contacts to insert the prospects name at the top, and for the info you’ll print on the envelopes-Find and download a “handwritten” font to use in your document, or the option I’ve used is go to a site like YourFonts.com and turn your own handwriting into a font 👍🏻-Setup the printing size in Word for the envelopes you haveIf you’re going for the traditional yellow letter you’ll also want to have your font color as red.

Hi there, I've got a printer, I've made my own font, I've typed up the letter, bought the yellow pad paper and have been sending off yellow letters to absentee owners.I have a problem with my yellow pad paper tho.

If you are a bit tech savvy, you can actually make a font of your own handwriting and create a mail merge template that you then print onto yellow paper:http://www.myscriptfont.com/I put my names in a spreadsheet, mail merge them into my Microsoft Publisher yellow letter template, load up the printer with yellow lined paper and BOOM!
