I use a Samsung SmartThings hub and have my Schlage Smart Connect lock and Emerson Sensi thermostat attached to it to monitor temps and give out codes to the guests.

Local  banks are willing to lend on houses that need rehabbing more freely than the national banks, and local banks are in your community, meaning the major dollar transactions you place with them don't pump back into the hub cities and instead help to grow and strengthen your own community.

It also has a solid school system and proximity to several major employment hubs.  

That is Philadelphias main hub line, I've reported abandoned cars in front of my property and unfortunately had no luck with the city removing it, I think the violations just stack up.

Instead, commercial brokers do their best to become knowledge hubs where they know all the active buyers and sellers in a market.

It's about an hour from a national park and 3 hours away from a major economic hub.
