I could not find any details that confirm that online. 

You'll need good contact info for them to be able to collect, and ideally the new address for the tenant however which if you don't have can probably be found easily with some online sleuthing/ contacting their employer, skip tracing software, etc. 

A specific property you find online would be even better.

I wanted a cohesive, fairly upscale look, so bought new from a variety of places including a local furniture store, Amazon, Wayfair, Target online, Home Depot online, Pottery Barn, Article, and others.

Permit expeditors (they usually know how hard it is to do in that area too) are great if everything is not already completely online with the jurisdiction.

so the thing you're looking for is likely something you can't find online.
