I also mentioned the unit had not been cleaned, that we had documented everything, and that we had observed her spying on the apartment.Her response was typical, multiple emails with everything from excuses to demands to threats.

I realize most of the big name brokers like to take someone in, train them, get them in the office answering phones and observing the more experienced agents, etc. but I’m just not in a spot to do that yet.

I have also noticed many more SFR “FOR RENT” signs staying in front yards a little longer/later into the semester.Despite those observations, Aggies need places to live and the school(s) in the BCS area continue to expand.
