Unless you are doing a serious amount of volume , both from a cost and performance aspect, it will make more sense to outsource.

Its the best way for anyone to get started IMO.Will add that in todays market you might need to put down more than the minimum 3.5-5% in order to not be cash flow negative.

It’s hard to find a lot of negative reviews as they’ve gotten Reddit threads removed and pour in fake reviews on sites from employees, family members etc. it’s not that hard to do a quick google search and see.
