I just bought a SS facility in the mid west and we were talking yesterday about expansion there is a hill behind us that would take a bunch of excavation. 

I am open to reusing them and refinishing them, if not putting in mid grade laminate.Only time in the bathroom that needs a complete gut. 

I can see mid west still having issues with spec lending . 

The difference being I think he lives in the metro area, and not in the surrounding area.As someone who hasn't been to Denver yet (planning on visiting in the summer - mid/late July), is Denver also a commuting city?
