In my own home I tiled the kitchen & entry with marble tiles, put 12", 6" & 2" mosaic in the master bath on the floor & shower, & 18" tiles in a 19'x30' room in the basement.

Even if they can't look at the house personally, they will give you an engineer's point of view on what you need to look for.In addition to @Paul Ewing 's comments, look for water in the basement that seems to come from a source that has nothing to do with a pipe.Bring a marble with you and put it on the counter tops.

I took a quick look at the statues online and it depends:(a) The period for redemption of real property sold under IC 6-1.1-24 is: (1) one (1) year after the date of sale; (2) one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of sale to a purchasing agency qualified under IC 36-7-17; or (3) one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of sale of real property on the list prepared under IC 6-1.1-24-1(a)(2) or IC 6-1.1-24-1.5.

and if you expand the shower, i guess do it luxuriously to make up for the fact there is not tub anymore. throw some marble and accent pieces in there.
