In one sad instance, I actually saw a builder move a manufactured home into the middle of a bunch of $350k homes; needless to say, after that, they weren’t worth anything like $350k.

the wholesaler purchases it from the manufacturer. the retailer buys it from the wholesaler at wholesale prices, then turns around and sells it for a big mark up.each level has it's business-specific system in place and specializes in its own respective area.buying a property "wholesale" is similiar, thus the name.there are so many posts on this, check some of them out too.

if you want to buy each product in bulk straight from the manufacturer to even be able to compete with the other wholesalers selling on ebay then go to any manufacturers website and contact them ask them for pricing.
