A lot of the suburbs literally will not allow 2-4 units buildings per their zoning.

Are they supposed to be waiting on the guy to do something about his shoddy work while their house is literally falling apart?

If I got a $5k quote from a guy who looks like a Crack Dealer Smurf I may consider doing it myself as well :) Literally LOL'd.Literally.
