The fact that you refer to a license required by law in most, if not all 50 states, as an arbitrary "piece of paper" is the exact reason why you're never going to get the respect you're seekong from the other professionals out there.Kind of reminds me of Pilots who got their student pilot license. ( just fill out the form and have a medical and your instructor signs it) then proceed to fly for years and years without ever getting a true Pilots license.. 

Actually it’s not.Coach youth soccer/baseball,  Boy Scout Leader, School Board member, Rotary member, 4H supporter, hire/train high school students, NRA instructor, etc.  

If you are lending, then it would be in your best interest to be added as a mortgagee on the policy.I hope these things make sense how I am describing them but I would also recommend getting with some type of an advisor/instructor on these techniques.

That's in company with your instructors with whom you will likely have personal contact.

While you are in school, take the classes of the instructors everyone says are a *****.
