They are $35 - 60/hr but it saves you the time and headache of figuring out how to book a journal entry for a HUD what accounts to create... oh man it's a pain ha.

And while true, my main goal is to try and prevent having to do those steps, because they are a huge pain.

Take partial pain versus the whole lost income.  

The pain point for the industry as a whole is when the million dollar house buyer says they'll pay $5,000 for the agent's services and uses the lack of a buyer's agent fee to push a lower price on the seller. 

What are some of the biggest pain points you’ve experienced?

The volatility of the markets and constantly changing guidelines have been the largest pain points from what I see.  

They need to hear that they can make a change if they are willing to push through the pain of being uncomfortable (I agree with @Cameron Tope that most people don't want to face the fact in black and white!).

Pain in the *** factor ÷ ROI.

I havent had any other experience in the US and with turnkey companies before, I had no bias versus turnkey companies either unlike a lot seem to have in the US so I came in with a clean slate but a very, very carefull and critical mind (someone said "very on the ball", Engelo would say "Pain in the XXXX"), but if the perfect turnkey company existed I believe they would be very close to what OCF is doing (remember that I'm French and in our culture, nobody's perfect !!).

If you pick a bad tenant in any state, it's going to be a pain to evict them and when you do, they can always put rocks down your toilet or cement.
