Hopefully there was not a "glitch", but it seems if there was, everything should be time and date stamped and I would think that BP staff would take great care of you. :)Saving money is a beautiful thing!

Also the information often seems outdated.Check out this article from Inman ... https://www.inman.com/2016/05/18/zillow-ceo-spence...explaining how the CEO of the company sold his home for way way less than the Zestimate.I've been at conferences where even the Zillow staff says it is the number people love to hate.For me it is a conversation starter....not one that is supposed to be accurate.   

Also, there are faculty and staff, plus the businesses created to serve the community. 

On top of that we do have other agents on staff who can provide more of a 1 on 1 experience to those who request it.
