You might be willing to try to wait out the warranty company’s stall tactics in your own home but you can’t make your tenants wait.

Tony there is no such thing as a POF company...it's a load of horse hockey...POF means cash in the bank that is it.

your not alone there are a lot of MF developments that are stalled right now.. because rents have not risen enough to cover the costs.. if you build it at the higher price will at least cover your expenses and made a little out of pocket ?
