We did another tranche at 40 so by then he will have gone thru life by then.  

Friends, family, or you might be able to access funds via a HELOC, cash value from a life insurance policy, take a loan out on your car, etc. 

I also plan on applying my net rental income towards principal only payments to shorten the life of the loan.

Maybe it's just me though......But you don't have to have your equity working for you perfectly every second of your life.

. - Compared to what I went through before, it's working out extremely well because I finally got to fund my investment and move on with my life! 

Life is busy, but I plan to add some more cameras at some point.  

. - Drainage patterns and erosion around the foundation were consistent with the settling we saw, suggesting the slab foundation had been continuously undermined throughout the 23-year life of the house. - We plan on holding the property as a long-term rental, and the amortized cost of the repairs is marginal.
