Also credit score 680 with no missed payments over the last 2 years and also check their criminal report just to make sure you know who these tenants are, as the eviction process in New York city is very long and expensive. 

I'd start the refinance process right away, or just pay it off, or sell. 

I am in the process of suing him and just finding out now that he's done this not once, not twice...But 4 times AT LEAST.

The more you know ahead of time, the easier the process will be.
