.✅ Replaced cast iron plumbing to PEX ✅ Paint & LVP flooring✅ Brand new kitchen with granite countertops, shaker cabinets, backsplash, and stainless appliances✅ Brought the laundry from an exterior mechanical closet to inside the home✅ Full exterior refresh for curb appeal✅ Added a Tesla Wall Connector in the carport for at-home charging ⚡️ (ok, this one is just for me but is pretty cool) What was the outcome?

Most small towns i have rentals in, I am viewed as the landlord that has the "nicest" properties in town(No granite here as they love the tile counters and the $3 backsplash)  However, in upscale areas I would consider having the worst properties at the bottom dollar price

Go to HOUZZ and look at gravel driveways in New England-they have it down and many use a granite atone or paver border-This is best and aesthetically pleasing.But, if you want budget friendly, there is a cheap fix.
