Hello @Amanda Skipper,While there's no better way to truly get a feel for a market than by being on the ground and exploring the neighborhoods firsthand, I want to assure you that investing remotely is absolutely doable—and many successful investors do just that.In fact, I know several investors who have built substantial portfolios in Memphis, and they’ve never physically visited the city, and they've done so successfully by leveraging local expertise, market data, and a solid support network.

The ability to do what you want, when you want, and have money coming in to support that.Things to work on: savings, credit, going to local real estate meetups, listening to podcasts, reading books.

I mean Joe Montana is a very successful Developer same with Steve Young.. and Ronnie Lott has done well in RE also.but I bought a big mansion that was 3/4 done from an NBA star and he was not business savvy at all.. and on top of that had about 7 or 8 baby moma's all with child support judgements against him ..

Little background on him, he’s 20 yrs old, and doesn’t have much family to support him with this decision.

We the people now support a ridiculous number of failures across a myriad of industries.

Are they interested or concerned about neighborhood crime, supporting data for surrounding rental rates that might affect your future cash flow, pictures or video of the property showing the class of the neighborhood and the property itself, ... ?

As I was inputting the properties, I noticed that Stessa does not support Portfolio loans (https://support.stessa.com/en/articles/2423581-mortgages-loa...)This will become very difficult to keep track going forward.
