They are too close for comfortable game play.

Basically its a big credit card that I can now use for any business related purpose, in my case Ill use it to do more deals.So here is where the 8 unit comes into play.

I think Marks post was fair  not sure why one would think he was paid to post that. 

I very much have a long term play and "don't care" about the cash flow immediately, but obviously I don't want them to negative. 

And a single or double play is awesome.

However, it's fair to question the integrity of the management since it's in-house.

I included stats on percent unleveraged purchases and that many of those fairly low percent cash purchases in fact use unseen leverage HML, private lending, etc and some are short term cash holds such as a flip or a brrrr that gets financed not long after purchase.  

If I see progress soon I'd be more inclined to recommend them.I think this is a fair review and I have had a similar experience, although it took them 3 months to submit my permit while it took only one month on your case.

Play with your numbers and see what a deal that works for you looks like.
