I'm questioning though whether it might make more sense to put the exterior photos of the condo towards the end of the photo gallery as there isn't much about the outside of a condo that's exciting and using one of the best interior shots might convert better.

Properties are all well kept, interior and exterior, and they all have Central Air. 

If the current tenants are OK, I would keep them on a month-to-month while cleaning up the other two units and the exterior.

I am having the outside painted so the Ultra White from Valspar, although exterior, turned out to be a good choice.

But they can easily turn on you if they are run poorly.I personally love condos, because I don't want to worry about a 20K roof repair, or exterior structure / lawn care.  

Also helps that we fully renovated the interiors while also fixing any exterior issues with the property so realistically it should be low on maintenance costs. 

I would budget for a decent amount of interior and exterior renovations.

Usually they will inspect a portion of the units if it is over 10units and then look at mechanicals, roof, structure, exterior, etc.

Clean up exterior of property and improve landscaping.Refinish common area.

I guess my question is whether there is good way to figure out who the owner of the property is since it's empty and not on the market.Another possible option is a distressed property, with a rehabbed interior and a sad exterior/ roof/ yard on Byrom St that has been on the market for 4 months with price drops, and up until last week had a giant tree hanging over it which was just removed.
