So thank you in advance to everyone who is apart of this, the creators, and everyone who is willing to lend a hand to help others that are less experienced.

My name is Amanda Lawson and together, my husband, my children and I formed Empower WIRE.

That wasn’t totally it, this person gave me several pointers on the process of purchases and made every transaction an ease for me and empowering me on who I was with each deal and that this was a business “MY BUSINESS”.

That was very inspiring Ann, I feel empowered to bring some people together and to chat about RE.

I will be in Knoxville, week of January 12 to learn about the City, attend the Tax Deed Auction, network with wholesalers, folks doing rehabs and other professionals in that industry.Hopefully, my time will be evenly divided between my two passions, seeing vacant or distressed buildings rejuvenated  and empowering people to choose sustainable solutions to pressing matters in a safe, affordable and private venue.Deborah B.

I have recently moved to Fernandina Beach, Florida and have left some of my career as a television producer, showrunner, creator and network exec behind me to get involved in real estate in Florida. 

After watching those videos (by the way, he also sends a seller's purchase contract and assignment agreement that are super easy to understand), I've been very empowered, encouraged and motivated to get out and do my 2nd deal.
