Being a person that lives off the 15 in Scripps/Poway, it is easy to be envy the entertainment, shopping, dining and access to public transportation. 5 or 10 years I won’t have thought that.I’ve heard that mall renovations, trolley construction and the apartment construction has created noise, soot and dust.

They complain about everything renovation on going next door, they got a splinter in their foot on the wood deck, complained about a brick wall I pointed up the whole wall they complain about the dust, they saw a bug (1) but I can only spray outside no chemicals allowed inside, drywall is not sealed to the brick, it goes on and on.Account Closed What is an Alligator?

Not the lead guys but the dirt bags that work for them...the helpers.. hawking stuff while at the house while they are working and then coming back at night and breaking in and stealing stuff..

This is a question for a lawyer not an internet forum, also you might want to make sure that the buyer is actually interested in the specific property you have before you sign the contract because if they aren't you could be stuck holding the bag.
