hmm. well, 1 day. i lost my job, when i was learning how people invest in real estate.... and yea, i havent made anything :). its pretty hard. sooo basically if you dont want to end up homeless(on my way) KEEP your daytime job to start out. ofcourse it depends on your own market and what you invest in.

The "mentor" said quit your day time job...so I thought by bringing the "package to work"...and study on my break would be one way to become educated, so I purchased a mortgage calculator and was getting excited doing the number crunching..then my supervisor asked me "what I was doing?"

If they're later than that and don't call, he will not be there....unless there are others there at the same time.We schedule as many showings as possible for the same day/time, to minimize the number of times our contractor has to go to the property.Even with the best process, there will be occasional no-shows who confirmed.

Therefore, they had been given notice well before +21 days and the one 22 days after vacating is immaterial to the deadline as they had notice well within the 21 day time frame.You also absolutely need to file a counter-suit against them for the difference between the security deposit and the total cost of repairs.

)   Clerks are quite helpful in making certain these are filled out correctly.If tenants do not answer within the 7 day time period after receiving their notification (8 days if the last day ends on a weekend or holiday) then one must go back to the Clerk of Court and request the Writ of Possession; it not automatically provided in my county (there are a lot of evictions going on around here!).
