My thought is to do it during the lunch hour (12-1pm) on Mondays (but I am open to another day/time if we must). 

I seem to recall I left my last business card in my day timer next to my desktop :) 

It was sickening.I'm positive that when Eve agreed to room with this gal they did NOT discuss having daytime/overnight/male guests and what the considerations for privacy and decent behavior would be .

The tenants do benefit some - their usage during the daytime never reaches the meter, so that's their benefit.

If the day/time works with my schedule I'd love to attend.

The one consistent struggle I have had is finding a steady flow of day-time clients. 

Even during the coldest parts of our winter - when nights are -40C/-40F and daytime highs are -17 to -20C (-5 to 0F) - running a heat pump with ancillary electric resistance heating is less costly than electric resistance alone.The key is to look at the building as a whole and not focus on individual systems within the building.If your building envelope is draughty and poorly insulated - as is most North American housing stock - then the traditional approach of installing an over-sized furnace may be as cost effective to operate {perhaps more} than a heat pump.  

The online site said you can only come see it on such and such day/time (previewing).

I've found that the method that works for me is that when an appt is day/time is agreed upon, I will send out a Google calendar invite - so it will show up in their own schedule, and they will get alerted/reminded about the appointment beforehand.Any other method just reduced the number of applicants, and limited my options.
