It will be interesting to see if the (non) buyer carries through on her threats.

She was talking nonsensical and ‘threatening’ that she’s moving out ‘ASAP, and ‘tomorrow’ which I suspect is totally bogus and at this point would be wonderful but I’m sure it’s an idol threat.

Also, why telling some con-artist that I actually plan to stop his future frauds and notify his victims and help them is illegal and bad and should be considered "threat"?

If it's not a direct threat to safety/health and follows the code then it's the tenant's responsibility.

They swab, tell you the level and threat risk and provide a treatment plan if necessary. 

Food, water, shelter, these are the fundamental human needs, and when in any form of threat anxiety runs.

The tenant will know the downside so no need to share that but there is a risk that a quality candidate might bolt if this is viewed as an unearned punitive gesture or threat.  

I just got a bunch of the Regal theaters gift cards then this terrorist threat on the Sony movie...so may be bad timing and sensitivity?  

The threat will be if they cashflow enough to handle the debt.  

Their demands and threats do not bother me and I generally toy with them for a few months till they realise they are not going to win.
