I was at a closing in ATL a few years back  ( attorneys office in a A class office park) and commented on how come its so hot in here.He said their condensers were stolen the night before :)  its really quite the sport in many areas of the mid west deep south. 

Your condenser is probably out

There's a lot of waste produced in a condensed area so identifying an eligible parcel that's cost efficient to develop can be challenging.

The upstairs AC system to be restored to full cooling and working order.and it is having leaks and condenser coil is gone completely  

A duplex would obviously be less time to manage than a tri or quad, and it will often have fewer maintenance items (like AC condensers, fridges, etc.) than a tri or a quad.However, there are downsides.

I've seen cases where the warm moist air condensed on the underside of the roof sheathing and rotted it and the rafters.

Figure out how to handle such issues as these, which we have faced in our furnished rentals: People pouring kitchen grease out the back door, attracting pests and mucking up the AC condenser.

It is a condensing unit at 92% efficient.

My understanding is weep holes are built into the shower pan for condensation between materials that are influenced by different temperature zones (outside wall).
