A contractor around me has a cigarette boat named "Contract "  he puts it on the deck of his 110 ft yacht named "Change Order" .

Good morning,Does anyone have any suggestions on devices or detectors we can add to the inside of our property to detect marijuana or cigarette smoke?

Not only was she not nice but she didn't take care of the property in that there was garbage in the yard, cigarette butts, etc.

They don’t think about insuring their assets because they have none or atleast no desire to understand the value and they sure as heck don’t want any extra bills to pay due to barley paying the ones they have . if they are paying the insurance that means they may not be paying me ( the landlord)  also it’s less money for priorities in life such as cigarettes , alcohol , and lotto tickets 

When I went to the property the night before just to confirm again, and to make sure my entry key still worked, I noticed hundred of cigarette butts all over the property.
